Accordingly, the Company's Board of Directors has established and adopted Corporate Governance Policies and a Business Code of Ethics with a goal of ensuring that the Company’s Board of Directors and management will act in accordance with the best interests of the Company and strict standards of ethical conduct. The Board of Directors has also adopted detailed charters for each of our three board committees (Audit and Finance; Compensation and Management Development; and Corporate Governance and Nominating) to establish the purpose, membership, authority and responsibilities for each committee.
